Rented this Car for a family trip and unfortunately was not up to par. Upon arrival to the car immediately noticed body damage all along the passenger side. A huge OLD dent/ scratch rear passenger door. Definitely not what I was expecting, but I had a crying toddler in the Florida heat so we loaded in. As soon as we started driving I noticed a sputtering jerking feel as we gave a little gas.. AC was very slow to cool down. Called the host immediately about the issues, Host wouldn’t take responsibility. We Were told “don’t worry about it”. There is nothing h wrong with the car. They finally agreed to end my trip so I could get another car for the rest of my trip. Host accepted the car then REFUSED to end my trip. Stating nothing was wrong with the car. Thankfully 😅 Toro app was able to help. Renter BEWARE.
