Great communication. I Couldn’t figure out how to fold down one of the seats so the person came outside and helped me out. To also booked the car last minute and it was ready for pick up so fast.

The car is fantastic. But the 3rd row seat doesn’t fold down anymore so loading luggage and things is a hassle
