Great service, great car

The original vehicle reserved was canceled the day of the trip due to an accident. Understandable. The replacement vehicle given was a little larger and was appreciated, but had several issues including a rather loud exhaust leak, a check engine light, several systems disabled at startup, and a clunking noise when braking. All issues were reported and I was told it was all ok and it was just an oxygen sensor issue and that the clunking brakes was normal for an Audi. The vehicle got us where we needed to go but I rented a Mercedes for a little comfort and luxury during our trip and did not feel like I got what I paid for.

While the replacement Audi was safe to operate, the check engine light was caused by a known oxygen sensor issue that did not affect drivability, and we understand that warning lights can still impact the overall experience.
