Thank you for your feedback. As a pre-owned vehicle, some normal signs of use are to be expected. That said, we work hard to keep our vehicles clean, well maintained, and ready for every trip. We appreciate your business and are glad you otherwise had a good experience.
The car quality was to be expected as it was a 2019. It was not new. It was not pristine the vehicle had issues, but it was to be expected. It was a 19.. I will never go off of we have pictures. You don’t need to take any again. The pictures that they submitted were not even from the vehicle that I rented. I picked up the vehicle with three-quarter tank of fuel. I dropped it off with maybe 40 miles on the fuel tank which most would have been 2 gallons I was charged I believe $41 to fill the tank. The vehicle has not been professionally cleaned in sometime and that was a parent.. if they won’t charge me $75 cleaning fee that would be in line $150 which they claim is very extreme. A four star on the vehicle and a two star on the professionalism of the company would be more accurate..

his review is misleading and appears retaliatory after the guest was charged for the condition in which the vehicle was returned. Timestamped trip photos clearly documented the correct vehicle’s cleanliness and fuel level at pickup. The vehicle was returned extremely dirty, with heavily stained carpets requiring professional cleaning, and the fuel tank was not refilled. Every charge was supported by photographic evidence and processed through Turo—not arbitrarily imposed by us.
Easy to work with! Great clean vehicle! Will be renting again when we return to Florida.
