I had a great experience with my trip.
I had no idea what a Hydrogen car was but they were very descriptive and let me know ahead of time of what to expect. The links and videos of how to pump were also super helpful.
The car drove smooth, was so spacious, and I felt safe driving around the bay area with my kids.
