The vehicle was easy to find with proper instructions. However, when we received the vehicle it was not cleaned prior to our use and the vehicle was not fully charged when we received it. There is also a crack on the roof of the vehicle that does not appear in its photos. Tire pressure is also low in one tire along with no washer fluid for the wipers. Tyler was however responsive to messaging and any questions we needed while utilizing the vehicle.
