The vehicle had a cracked sunroof, worn interior components, damaged rims, and tire sensor warnings that I was told not to worry about. Within the first few hours of the trip and less than 30 miles of driving, the tire tread began peeling apart and exposed steel cords.
This was a serious safety issue. Had I not heard the tread hitting the vehicle and stopped immediately, the tire could have failed on the highway, putting my family and other drivers at risk.
Communication was frustrating. Messages were often read but not answered for 30 to 40 minutes. Instead of providing a solution, I was asked to take the vehicle to a repair shop during my vacation. The situation significantly disrupted my trip and left me without transportation.

Gave this 4 because I’m kind, but overall experience was a 3.5. The car wasn’t ready when we arrived (10 mins late) and due to some weird rules at the airport on that day we faced difficulties actually getting the car from the lot because the airport employees wouldn’t let us in without a reservation. Luckily we were able to talk one of the employees into letting us get the car finally after going to several gates. Overall car ran smooth.
