Car was great, but the hosts were even greater! I was having extreme challenges with my Turo account since my phone number had changed, but the hosts called Turo several times and finally got them to sort it out! They were just super, and hope to rent from them again. Super nice people!

Car ok but not convenient to pick up
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was located at the airport and detailed instructions with photos were provided before you arrived at the car. The guide explains step by step how to reach the vehicle. According to your message, you were able to find the car within a few minutes. We always try to make the pickup process as simple as possible for our guests.
