I rented the car to return home for my brother’s funeral. He died after a courageous fight with cancer and worrying about this car was the last thing I needed. The car smelled of smoke when I picked it up. The tires, though not apparent at pickup, were in poor condition, and I had to have one tire fixed myself during the trip, then had another one blow out on the highway the next day. I didn’t drive anywhere unusual and drove very carefully, so there’s no way the tire damage was my fault. On the last day, when the tire blew out on the highway, the host first told me to take a whole extra day free because of the inconvenience, and then, after i had changed the tire myself in the hot afternoon, they changed to “in the morning,” which agreed to, and then they demanded to get the car that night, changing their requirements of me at least three times and hounding me with multiple impolite and demanding phone calls. Then, after I rushed home, cleaned the car out carefully and washed it thoroughly, they demanded I pay twice for a pickup fee I had already paid earlier in the day. When I asked them to be reasonable, they curtly told me “good luck” challenging the double charge with TURO. Terrible experience from beginning to end when I was in the middle of grieving my brother’s death from cancer. Total jerks who think they’re always right and treat you with no respect. I would give zero stars if I could.

ADI Car are great host! I appreciate the great communication whenever I had questions. The Kia Sorento drove great and has excellent gas mileage! Will rent from them again in the future!
