Vehicle smelled of smoke, used ashtray in the center console, both front tires bald, needed alignment, vibration in front end

Communication was extremely great. Carlos tried his best to accommodate. In every way. Only thing is the alignment was very bad on the vehicle and we kept hearing a rattling sound every time we drove it other than that everything was perfect if there was one tip the alignment just needs to be fixed

Clean vehicle that had the storage space I needed in order to complete a job I had to get to while my car was being repaired. This was my first time using Turo, I would have liked to know that there is a checkin/checkout feature that you are required to use in the app before I'd already left. The app just messaged me to say that I was late even though I dropped the car off on time. Since I had no vehicle I loaded my bike in it and was about 3.5 to 4 miles away
