Not great costumer service from Co-host. My reservation was starting from 10am, I came at 10:30am to pick car up and stayed until 11am because car was locked and no one (host and co-host) was responding to my messages and calls. Finally she (co-host) called me around 11am with really bad argument and rude tone. I asked why nobody responded and her answer was: “people had job and they are working and can’t answer the phone anytime” WOW . I also rented car for doing my business and was late on my business meeting cause they don’t do their job properly…. Future reference and advice: “don’t be in any business if you can’t be responsible for it”

Thank you for your review and feedback and I apologize for not leaving instructions as early as possible on how to retrieve the vehicle. But as you stated to not be in any business if I can’t be responsible for it, I would suggest being on time for your appointment and not take your frustration on others for your actions (Because I request a payment for your tolls, co-host was polite). I gave you a great feedback even though you brought the vehicle back with a stain in the driver seat and door.
