Car was decent. Tires are old and it’s a rough ride. Ended up with a flat that left me stranded.

We’re disappointed by this review as it misrepresents what occurred. The tire went flat after being punctured by a nail, not due to its age or condition. We offered assistance immediately, but the vehicle was ultimately left from the scheduled return location. As a courtesy, we didn’t charge a missed return fee nor the convenience fee to re-fuel the vehicle. The tires are regularly inspected and meet Turo’s safety requirements. We always prioritize the safety and maintenance of our vehicles.

Easy pickup and drop-off. Host communicated well and promptly. The car was clean and ran well. We had enough space for our family of four and luggage. Would recommend.

Host dropped the car off at the short term parking lot 10 hours prior to our arrival. This resulted in over $20 in hourly fees that I had to pay to get the car out of the lot. The host recognized they knew this was a lot that you paid per hour, but offered no remedy or reimbursement for their mistake. Incredibly bad customer service.
