Quality was much less than we’ve ever experienced! I’ve talked to the company and Turo customer service. I was offered compensatory for the smoke smell, not for the horrendous interior and exterior filth. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Turo.

the car was awesome the pickup an drop off process was super easy an the host was great with communicating loved everything about the car except for the fact it smelt heavy of cigarettes when i first got it an we also got pulled over upon returning the car due to expired tags which made us late for our return

The car was on time. It had extreme cigarette odor. Had to pay additional airport parking fee that was in addition to the airport fee charged through Turo. This was not in the description.
The odor of the car for sure was not pleasant. Had to drive with windows open.
