Awful. Wouldn’t give 1 star. This was my first time using Turo. Car was filthy dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Couldn’t even turn on the AC because it made the smell worse. She received a bad review 1 day after I booked this car about the SAME ISSUE: Smoke smell. They did nothing to fix the problem

Everything was as expected except for the overwhelming smoke smell of the vehicle. I ended up keeping the car because swapping would’ve been more expensive and I had already hit the majority of my appointments on day 1. Host was prompt and responsive.

Tires all were missing their air caps
Thanks for the heads‑up about the missing air caps. They’re not necessary for normal use, but we’ve confirmed tire pressures are correct and will keep an eye on them in our routine checks. Appreciate you letting us know
