Vehicle is nice. Would have been nice to know that we could have gotten a shuttle to the parking lot so I did not have to pay for Uber. Checking out of the garage with the vehicle cost me 20 some odd dollars and at the moment I’m not sure if I have been reimbursed.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
I took great care of the vehicle and did not cause any damage to it. However, after I returned the car, I was presented with a claim for $900…
What concerns me most is that the photos submitted as evidence were taken at a different location from where I actually dropped off the vehicle. The car had clearly been moved after I returned it, which means any damage discovered afterward cannot be attributed to me. I have evidence of the actual drop-off location and photos taken at the time of return.
To make matters worse, seeking nearly $900 for barely visible scratches on a used Ford Bronco feels excessive and unreasonable. It left me with the impression that filing damage claims may be treated as an additional source of revenue.
Also, the pickup process and location was unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient. There was absolutely no flexibility, which made the whole experience stressful from the beginning.
I have always treated rental vehicles with respect, and I find this entire situation outrageous, disrespectful, and incredibly frustrating. I will be formally disputing this claim and pursuing all available legal avenues with our corporate attorneys.
Do yourself a favor and avoid booking with this host if you don't want unnecessary headaches, damage claims, and the risk of having to defend yourself against allegations that are completely unfounded.
