The host was great, even when I chose to change to their other pickup and drop-off location the day before. The biggest inconvenience was that the car wasn’t fully charged when I picked it up. They’d plugged it in at the airport but it hadn’t charged for some reason. So not really their fault.

Over all good trip, Ryan was quick to respond to small issues and get them resolved quickly. Car was good, as a Tesla owner renting one, there are little differences but still a good vehicle. We went from SLC AIRPORT to park city and then to Yellowstone and back.

Only thing id recommend is getting ceramic windows tint for the front. Other than that it was great
