Communication and flexibility were great! Car was good - no real issues. The phone charger cables didn’t work and the other didn’t fit my phone.

Hey Brian— we provide complimentary phone chargers 🔌 to fit all types of phones, this is an something we go out of the way to do, we also on purpose leave extra cables for that reason,
We leave 2-3 different cables (USB C, Lightning, Micro USB) all to make sure the guest experience is well.
