Alan was very responsive and reasonable. I highly recommend him and the GMC Acadia. Perfect for moving out of the dorm. The only problem is the windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced. I’m sure if I had asked Alan he would have fixed them but we weren’t expecting rain and I didn’t want to bother.

The seatbelt was an issue and we were not able to get it fixed, despite trying to quite a bit. The seatbelt is totally stuck and won’t pull out at all? We ended up just not using the front passenger seat, which was tough with our large group.
Hey Madeline, you locked the seatbelts onto the passenger chair, the seat needed to be folded down so the seat belt can retract again, thanks for the feedback.

This was the best car rental experience I have ever had. Car was as described and pick-up/drop-off were very easy. Alan even reached out to ask what chargers we needed for our phones and had them in the car waiting for us.
