During pick up I heard a noise wasn’t comfortable with the noise staff was able to switch me into different vehicle. Overall service was great , very fast response and great communication.
Hey Kevina! I’m glad we were able to swap you out of that vehicle the previous customer brought back with a tire issues; we resolved it immediately & I apologize for the previous guest’s negligence
