Car had a strong odor and missing side view mirror panel. Alan was very nice!
Hey Melissa, the vehicle had no smell, we checked it out after you dropped it off, there’s vehicle also had 0 smoking claims, it’s very new too, the “odor” could be any of our cleaning supplies but all of them smell good which is odd, regarding to the mirror cover, that was still present at the start of the trip, it is now no longer present upon your return.
