I had a great experience renting from Alan’s Car Rentals! The car was in excellent condition, drove perfectly, and I had zero issues throughout my trip. The pickup and drop-off process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Alan was friendly, professional, and made everything simple from start to finish. Alan was amazing! Super easy to pick up and drop off and it was set up to be contactless so I didn’t have to wait for someone to show up, or have them wait for me. I did see someone when I picked up anyway, and he was very helpful and kind. Location was very convenient as we stayed across the street and didn’t want the car the whole time so we could pick up and drop off easily. (They are also about a 5 min walk from the T as well). The car was very clean inside and out on pickup. Alan was prompt in communicating throughout, and helped us extend our time last minute when we wanted to sightsee a little longer. He even had complementary cords in the car for us on pickup so we could connect to the car and charge our phones. The only potential issue for some might be that the leather seats were worn on the front driver and passenger seats. We didn’t care, and it should probably be assumed with the year of the car, but if that’s a thing for you, make sure you get a new model from them.
