Tes was helpful and a good communicator, however, we ended up having to take an Uber to and from the Boston airport to pick up and drop off the car, something that may have changed my decision to rent it had I known sooner than the night before our trip. The car was pretty nice except we never could get the Bluetooth to work and it was a bit dirty on the outside.
Thank you for the review even though I disagree with some part of it. Taking an uber to the Home location was an option i offered to guests to save money on delivery fees, you saved $108-uber rides fee. The exterior and interior cleaned the day before the trip, you were probably expecting a polished and shiny exterior but you returned the car without even shaking the dirts off the mats. Lastly regarding you couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work, that was user error not the car feature. Thank you
