The car wasn’t clean, was missing floor mats and a visor on the passenger side and also had a noxious odor which made us return the vehicle almost immediately. On our way back we experienced issues with the transmission slipping gears as well.

Why would the largest Car Rental business stop cleaning cars all of a sudden?
Sebastien wanted a refund because his own flights schedule changed, so resorting to lying is the best case scenario for him.
Our reviews across not only this car but our entire business speaks for itself, sadly, inconsiderate folks cannot be prevented.
