Besides cancelling my trip … we were still able to get it rented eventually! The vehicle was great and host pleasant. ;)

Great car. Great communication. The economy parking lot is really far from the terminal, you have to take a bus and a train so make sure to give yourself a lot of extra time and be aware of this at O’Hare.
