The car originally booked was cancled with less than a 24 hr notice and a much smaller car was offered in replace. Then the orignial mentioned pick up spot was changed last minute and arrived 20 minutes late from out check in time. Within days of our trip the oil light came on and we were asked to go purchase oil for the vehicle and provide a receipt to be reimbursed. Next day a burning smell was coming from the engine bay but we were told it was oil burning off yet my husband did not spill any oil. Then the tire pressure light comes on and we had to refill the tires. We arrived early for drop off and followed instruction via messages between turo host yet received a text that says we didn't check out via app so it's late. Yet in the messages for drop off they never said we had to use the app to "check out". Will not be using in the future. Made our vacation a hassel. Super disappointed.

A wonderful service! The drivers kindly dropped the car off at my doorstep and picked it up. Communication was clear, timely and concise. The car was a bit of a smokey smell, but nothing a few minutes of windows down couldn’t cure. The car was new and in pristine condition. Would rent again!
