This was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had! I was specifically looking for a roomy vehicle that was pretty fuel efficient and the CX-30 was the perfect size. It was clean, comfortable and fun to drive.
The difference in this rental compared to others is that Brutalia adds that extra service. If you’re flying in, you’ll have the most smooth pick up/drop off. It beats a standard rental car counter experience by far.
We didn’t have any issues, but even if we did have a question, Brutalia was responsive and thorough. I hope the next time I’m in town Brutalia has a vehicle available. 10/10, no notes.

The car itself was great. Unfortunately, the car was dropped off 40 minutes late due to traffic. That error put me into rush hour traffic and I ended up being 30 late to my appt. The host didn’t apologize nor offer to refund the time there were late. I wouldn’t use them again if you needed to rely on a service downtown Chicago.
