We had terrible experience throughout this reservation, both with the host and turo. The host booked the reservation and then demanded I return the car a month before the agreed end date providing only a vague explanation for this sudden change . When asked to the host why they had agreed to the reservation in the first place, the host claimed that turo wasn’t paying them enough for the trip but couldn’t provide a proper answer beyond that. To make matters worse, the turo system forced me to end the trip and added additional charges without any justification. We were totally scammed ! We took the car for service needed as the services were due. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support the issue remained unresolved. I had to scramble to find alternative transportation on short notice.This situation caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I am disappointed with the lack of support and transparency from both the host and turo, and I hope they address these issues to prevent future customers from facing similar problems.
