I had a great experience renting from Zion! Definitely the best host I’ve had since I downloaded Turo! We got along from the very start because honestly, with a company name like that, how could you possibly go wrong!? ;)
He reached out right after I booked to make sure I had all the information I needed for pickup. And the communication stayed beyond amazing for the entire trip. Anytime I had anything to say and/or ask, he got back to me right away—even late at night {which happened more often than not! And I’m still sorry about having to bother you about that… twice!}—going above and beyond every time for everything.
My son got really sick during this rental, so unfortunately, I was unable to drive the Tucson as often as I initially planned, as I needed to stay close to him. I also needed to extend the rental, as I wanted to make sure we had a car should my son need to go back to the hospital. When I found out the Tucson was already booked for someone else, Zion found me another vehicle right away without me even asking him to. He made an incredibly difficult situation that much easier and couldn’t have handled the entire process more perfectly! I truly can’t thank you enough for your help and your kindness.
So, to recap: Great car, even better communication, and an even better host. I’d definitely rent from Zion again!
