Please read everything before you book including FAQ and Guideline Once you booked please see all the videos on YouTube on how to drive Model x. Since we might not meet and for those airport deliveries we cant go through all that at the curbside. But i am always available to answer any questions The car has a battery capacity of 350 miles at 100% capacity, you will receive it with 85% to 90% please return the vehicle same between 85 to 90% unless prepaid charging was added to the booking. Car includes free Supercharging but you will have to pay if you start accruing idle time fees-meaning do not leave the car plugged in for more than what the remaining time shows. Also I urge you to find a charger station if you are nearing about 20% of range remaining. You are welcome to charge by plugging into a regular wall outlet, or by accessing public Charge point chargers. Cable and adapters are included and must be returned back at the end of the rental.

Guidelines
Please treat this car as if it were you own. :) When cleaning please use warm water with any dish shop nothing chemical Avoid tickets and toll if they send me bill after the trip finished- know that you are responsible for that and processing fee. Please, no smoking in the car. Repeat, no smoking in the car. Any smoking in the car will require extensive cleaning/detailing at the renters expense. No pets at all you will be charged for cleaning which will cost $250+ so please no pets The car will be delivered with close to 90% as possible, depending on the drop off location and state of charge from the previous trip; and if not conflict with the previous booking. Make sure to charge fully before your return that way when you drop off it will be b/w 80-90 % else turo will charge you for not charging the car it's like returning the car without filling the gas. Do not let the car get below 10% of charge. There are charging stations all over the Seattle area and this car also has free supercharging, so you should easily be able to enjoy your time. Letting the car get completely discharged will damage the battery. If you use the supercharger, please be aware of idle fees. If you leave the car connected past the complete charge time, you will accrue these fees and they can be steep.
FAQs
Do I have to return the car clean?
Per turo policy, the car is expected to be returned in the same condition as when rented out. A cleaning fee may be charged otherwise.
Do I have to return the car fully charged?
Yes please return the vehicle with the same range as received 80% to 90%. Unless, prepaid charging was added to the booking if so you may return with at least 20% anything lower than that and if we ended up to towing the vehicle you will be charged for that. Since you might be busy and it will take you some miles to drive to get to the supercharge station i offered AN EXTRA WHICH YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE WHEN YOU BOOK AND DELIVER THE CAR AT-LEAST 20%
Does my name have to match my driver's license?
Yes. If you signed up with your Facebook or Google account and your alias on those services is your name on Turo, please call to get it updated before the trip. I am required to verify your legal name exactly on your driver's license with what shows on Turo.

The car was clean and well taken care of. The mileage does not reflect the condition. Abel takes very good care of his X. I wanted to give 5 stars but our arrival process was not smooth at all. I felt like I had to keep requesting information instead of the host being more forthcoming. By the time I landed, I should have already been given pickup info but I had to ask. Then to find out that my party of 5 adults with luggage had to hike a mile to board a light rail to take us to another parking lot. The host was responsive and offered to pay for an Uber but by that time, it was already too inconvenient. Dropping off was easy and convenient. I would rent again as long as the pickup could be smoother.
