Great experience and everything worked great. Made it to Sequim easy without a stop from SeaTac and over Mt. Passes with one charge and plenty to spare.

e car is fine for a 10-year old car. It all seemed to work, small cheap car-wash scent but to smelly, seats decently intact. It’s just old.
The problem was the pickup location, the situation of the car and the hostile host attitude. READ ON.
The pickup location is a sketchy long alley of houses (I picked it up 10pm), with many cars parked (maybe all Turo rentals?). Road is too narrow for plow trucks and it had snowed heavily. No place to park, host don’t want guests parking at the house and it’
So, I park at a park n’ fly garage ($) and take a uber there (more $). The car was not at all at drive condition, it had at least 5 inches of untouched snow on it. I had to message host (wife’s host?) how came out of the house with what I assume is a telescoping dusting pad and patiently watched me struggle to clean the snow for 10-15min so I could drive off.
On the road I turn on the wipers to take the last but of snow and blades wipe past the windshield and get stuck hanging on the side of the car. I manually put it back, clean snow with my own hands and message host about it. Two days later when I’m returning the car, it rains. I turn on the wipers, same thing. I put it back 3 times, but it happens again. I can’t see the road, I have to call Turo to get the car towed. I waste 5 hours of my life on support, waiting the truck, moving the car into host’s driveway.
The next day I get a notification the owner FILE DAMAGE CLAIMS against me. Unbelievable.

Vehicle was nice drove well. Just didn’t like how the battery went dead so fast and had to charge it often.

The car was very nice, clean, and in good condition. It just uses an unusually high amount of energy per mile and has an unusually inadequate battery/charge efficiency…I'm giving 3 stars cause I didnt know how poor the range or efficiency it would me

In winter time, tesla ( all electric cars ) can lose driving range faster than expected. This is normal and happened because:
Cold temperature reduce battery efficiency
Energy is used to heat the cabin and warm the battery.

The car was great didn’t have no issue. The car charged really fast will definitely rent again.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
