We rented this vehicle for our son’s 3rd birthday vacation trip and overall had a great experience. When we first arrived, the battery was dead, but the host responded quickly and showed up within about 15 minutes to help us get everything taken care of. We appreciated the fast communication and willingness to help right away. After that, the trip went smoothly and the vehicle worked well for our needs.
