Very disappointing experience. A $120 delivery fee was added to my rental without my knowledge or consent. I wasn’t notified of the charge until after I returned the vehicle and reviewed my receipt. I appreciate Turo removing the improper $50 vehicle return fee, but I also expect the unauthorized $120 delivery fee to be refunded. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with this host.

Hello Bita, the fee you are mentioning was prompted to you when you chose to have the vehicle delivered to a custom location 25 miles away from us, we didn’t impose any charges you have reviewed and agreed to the charge of 120$ delivery fee.
I’m sorry you didn’t notice it before hand but I have no power to remove it or adjust it especially after you have completed your trip.
