I would like to leave an honest opinion of my trip and NOT the host. Unfortunately I had to end the trip early due to trouble with the AC in 115 degree weather. This tesla is in great condition but this was just an unfortunate event that you couldn’t plan for. Will did everything he could to get me and my pup back on the road safely. Turo also had great customer service and did everything to make it right in the end. Again no one’s fault, this was just a one off event that hopefully never happens to anyone in the future.

Will was super communicative which I appreciated. However the car pickup from the garage was somewhat chaotic. Also, the acceleration was a bit herky-jerky on the first and last day, which is unusual given the usual smoothness of a Tesla. Overall enjoyed the rental; it was clean and a good ride.
