The car was excellent but the communication with the host was a nightmare. Wasn’t there on time for delivery, did not deliver the car with a full tank, made us pay for the parking during pickup, etc small issues.
He doesn’t speak English so he will never talk on the phone if you need anything- Spanish to English translation creates more issues over texting.
Seems like a good guy but highly unorganized- might not want to select this host unless you have no other options.

3 stars do not disqualify the 10-star car you rented, my clients’ favorite car, the delivery was made on time for that reason you paid $9 for parking, 3 dollars per hour, no one has been bothered by this and your real annoyance is not to accept a payment outside of Turo or do it for free to look for the car in another location, I FOLLOW THE TURO POLICIES CORRECTLY. Ah, my English is not the best, BUT I TRY TO BE THE BEST IN WHAT I DO... blessings from me I did give you 5 stars
