Car was pulling to the right, I notified the host but got no response.
Thank you for your feedback. We did respond through the Turo messaging platform regarding the concerns you raised during the trip. The vehicle is regularly maintained and had recently been inspected and serviced. At that time, no alignment issues were identified. We also acknowledged the windshield chip when it was brought to our attention. We take vehicle safety and guest concerns seriously.

The car was great for 3 people, very clean p/u and drop off was so easy! The car is very fuel efficient also and drove with no problems! Thanks Shiva I have you on my favorites now!

This car is available off site from airport.
This trip was booked at our clearly listed off-airport location 4–5 miles from SRQ. Airport delivery was available for an added fee, but that option was not selected during booking by the guest. We still accommodated changes during the return process and drove from Tampa to Sarasota to assist. The vehicle was cleaned, inspected, and recently serviced prior to the trip with no smoke/vape odor present. This review reflects dissatisfaction with the booking choice made by the guest, not the host.
