This was my first time behind the wheel of a Tesla, and I’m so glad Jack made it happen for me! The pickup process was smooth and easy. In addition to having a designated pickup location, Jack communicated that he was more than willing to bring the Tesla to me instead of having me come to him. It’s the thoughtfulness that counts!
The car drove wonderfully, and it was an enjoyable, luxurious experience. Jack was easy to communicate with, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I would definitely consider booking with him again for the convenience and excellent service.
