Great SUV! Drives nice! Clean! I would definitely rent this vehicle again!

Waited at the airport for 2 hrs waiting on a response and car seat. Host asked if I needed additional services and I requested a car seat and stroller at booking. There was no option to modify so, I verified again via message with host day before trip that the items would be present. We had a crying toddler and hungry children waiting around the airport for hours. I also could not leave the gate upon checking in. The airport loaned us a car seat after all the hassle. We ended up canceling and booking with someone else. The truck was in nice condition, smooth ride. Hopefully someone will experience better.
