Great vehicle, great on gas , very clean and roomy host was very nice and communicated very well had no problems will rent again

Host was easy to communicate with and vehicle ran smoothly but gas was expensive to fill vehicle. Super convenient to airport from drop off pick up area. With plenty of space for luggage and packages. Will most definitely rent from them again in the future

Car was not clean at pickup. Sand in floors, crumbs in console, trunk covered with pet hair. Pickup location was convenient in hourly parking but host dropped off just shy of 36 hours prior to our trip start time resulting in a hefty charge to leave the hourly parking. I had contacted the host about needing to return at an alternative airport which she serviced, she kindly agreed to accommodate in messaging. Unbeknownst to me, the host increased her price by $20 THE EXACT DAY she agreed to the change. Slow/non responsive in messenger. No instructions in Turo app for car return at the new airport. The host did not respond when we requested information on where she would like us to return the car the day of. We love Turo and have it used it several times. This was one host we will not be renting from again.

Thank you for renting with us, I was out of town so I had no choice but to drop the car quite early to the airport, and I didn’t have great service so I apologize for the lack of quick or any communication. Also there was a bit of debris in the center console, I apologize for that as well I must have missed it. And I did raise the price before I agreed to the change (same day is correct). The car had just been picked up from MCO and I realized the gas/time it actually takes. I apologize
