Manny was an absolute pleasure to work with. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning but Manny personally called me and handled it all over the phone. The Tesla Model X was well taken care of, clean and just as advertised. I WILL rent from Manny again when I come back to visit. 12/10 is my rating for him!

Overall car was great! Only hiccup was there had been a small accident involving the car on the rental prior to ours, and we were not aware of it upon picking up the car. As a result, the side view mirror was messed up and there were some slightly concerning clunking sounds. But as it turned out, the car worked great, the kids loved the video games, and the host acknowledged that the issues with the car were from the prior renter. Would be willing to rent from this host again, and the car worked well for our needs despite the issues outside of the host’s control.
