Host was responsive and very easy to deal with. Pick up and drop off was easy! Car was super smooth and very comfortable for my group of 4. Would definitely recommend !! And would rent from Turo for my next trip to San Diego !!

The car was wonderful. Clean when I picked it up, but it was not filled with gas. My flight was delayed, and I requested a few extra hours, and they were unable to accommodate without charging me $125. I only paid $160 for the two days so I thought that was excessive.

Unfortunately nothing of your statement is true, the gas was full when you picked up the vehicle pictures available on the app so you can view them and see.
You were not professional when it came to extend your reservation and did not understand the whole process.
I cannot let you have the vehicle without protection or insurance just because you didn’t wanted to pay the extra to extend it.
