The trip overall was successful, but the car was dirty inside and not as nice as the pictures showed. Small things could make it better: it didn’t have the charging adapter to use on a non-tesla chargers. The host couldn’t add the car to the mobile app, so have to use a keycard every time. Felt inconvenient compared to my previous Tesla turo trips.

Car pickup was easy. Hosts were communicative when needed. The car did have cosmetic defects that other reviews mentioned, but I failed to see upon booking. It didn’t impact the trip though. The hosts were amazing when I got myself into a bind with end of trip charging and I appreciated that more than anything!
