Got a message 25 mins before the trip started that a sensor was damaged by the previous driver so FSD was not available. Not much the owner can do but disappointing as it’s the only reason I got the car.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this rental and ended up returning the car early due to multiple issues.
I specifically paid extra for the self-driving feature, but it did not work during my rental. Even the Autopilot/Autosteer features were not working properly, which was especially frustrating because those features were part of the reason I chose and paid for this vehicle.
On top of that, a tire warning light came on, which made me uncomfortable continuing to drive the vehicle. The car was also not clean when I received it. It was dirty inside, and I even found used EarPods/earbuds left in the vehicle, which made it seem like the car had not been properly cleaned or inspected before being given to me.
Between the maintenance warning, cleanliness issues, and paying for features that I was unable to use, I did not feel comfortable keeping the vehicle and returned it early.
For the amount I paid, I expected the vehicle to be clean, properly maintained, and for the advertised/paid features to actually be available and working. Unfortunately, that was not my experience
