Car was good and clean, but had no front license plate and asked them to install it which delayed pickup time and impacted my trip.

Driving without front plate is perfect OK here. Please stop harrashing us with your ignorance on Turo's reimbursement policy on gas + additional milage.
Excellent car and communication. The car was clean and ran great. The owner was clear on all expectations of pick up and drop off from SFO. Will be renting from them again!
