Was great until I had asked about using car one more day because I didn’t have a ride. He agreed and by the time I figured out how to transfer which wasn’t too long, he booked the vehicle. I totally understand but he could have put it not available for the next day at least. So I had to drop the vehicle off and wait for 5 hours outside(he did let me charge my phone for about an hour in the vehicle which was nice) an hour and a half away from home trying to find a ride. Didn’t get home till after 1 am.

Hi Jennifer, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. You requested a discount around 1 PM, and I offered 10% off. However, you didn’t attempt to extend until after 4 PM, by which time another guest had booked the vehicle. I also offered you another vehicle as an alternative. Despite the vehicle being returned late, I waived the late fee and allowed you to charge your phone while waiting. I always strive to accommodate my guests, but extensions must be confirmed before another booking is made

I had an outstanding experience renting this Ford Explorer Limited. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. Gustavo was incredible—when my return from out of town was delayed, they were extremely understanding and worked with me on the pickup without any hassle. Excellent communication, great customer service, and an overall seamless experience. I would absolutely rent from Gustavo again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a fantastic Turo host.
