Very great car and service!

Overall, great car that ran well and was comfortable and clean. Communication was mostly good except check-in was delayed ~20 mins. The car was not at the pickup location and I could not get ahold of the host. I got a reply 15mins after check in claiming I had a late reservation and that was the issue? But I had booked a month prior. I was confused but eventually the car came out and everything else was smooth!
Only issue with the car itself was there were 3 small cracks in the wind shield that weren’t described or pictured from what I could see.
Maybe I hadn’t notice the cracks in the pictures but it was a surprise I think should be advertised.

Easy pickup and drop off. First time using Turo for a short trip and the car was in good clean condition. Communication was clear. Would definitely rent one of Jay’s cars again in the future :)
