This was one of the worst Turo experiences I've had. The host was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed to care far more about squeezing out every dollar than providing good customer service.
The car itself had issues from the start—Apple CarPlay didn't work for the entire trip, which was frustrating and inconvenient. When I asked about returning the car a bit earlier, the host was completely unwilling to accommodate and instead hid behind what felt like made-up or overly rigid "policies" rather than showing any flexibility or empathy.
Overall, the interaction left a really bad impression. If you're looking for a host who is reasonable, customer-focused, and pleasant to deal with, I'd look elsewhere. I definitely won't be renting from this host again.
