The car was fine, but the pickup and drop-off experience were extremely difficult. I picked up and dropped off after normal business hours and was unable to get out of the lot. I needed an AVI number, which was supposed to be in the vehicle but I could never locate after multiple searches. Make sure you get an AVI from the host if you are picking up or dropping off outside of normal business hours!

Host was great! Access into and out of the lot was a pain, as the AVI code wasn’t shared as part of original instructions sent. Not a huge deal getting in, but there was a major storm rolling through when I dropped off the vehicle, so had to stand in sideways rain waiting for dispatch to pick up and to pull up the AVI code from an earlier message from host in order to get out of fenced in lot. The guys inside were also great - they let me hang in the garage until my Uber was close by… before starting my sprint in the pouring rain - ha.
