The car pick up and drop off went smooth. The instructions were clear and when I had any questions, there was multiple options to reach the remtal company. The vehicle was great, in great shape and was as described.

Bad smell of cigarette smoke. Car needs to be detailed and smoking policy needs to be enforced with a fine/fee that makes people want to avoid doing it, and that will cover hosts cost of removing smell, and cost of not being able to rent it out again until smell is gone. Then people of people really want to smoke, the can pay the price - instead of the next people who rent the car. We would have hoped that the host would have brought us a knew car, and would like them to give us some of our money back for having to deal with this problem throughout our trip.

They lack customer service
And they said that you have to book within 24 hours before or else your rental will be delayed if you rent your car at 12 PM and they drop it off at three. Your reservation starts at three. It doesn’t matter what you paid for very unimpressed very unorganized.

Great car drives nice. Don’t forget to keep the key in your pocket when you exit the vehicle it could accidentally lock leaving your key in the vehicle.

Pickup location was super convenient at the airport and drop-off instructions were just easy. Car was in good condition with plenty of space for a family of 4.
