The pick up instructions were really easy to follow. We were able to pick up the car last minute because we decided to go with a different car rental instead. The company was very understanding and was quick with the rental process. Even though the car was a little bit dirty, we didn’t mind at all. Since the car will probably be dirty from traveling around Utah. We enjoyed our experience very much and were glad that this car was part of it. Thank you so much to the team and Turo for these memories!

The car was fine, but the customer service was lacking. We were given the wrong code for the key box. We spent 45 minutes messing with the key box and messaging back-and-forth, but got no help. We were finally lucky enough to guess the correct key code and get the key box open and start our trip.

Car was filthy, windshield was so covered in bugs snd the “wiper fluid empty “ warning light was on with no fluid to clean the windshield. We had to go directly to a gas station to clean it to safely drive. While there we put 3 gallons of gas in to fill it up (was 3/4 full on pic). 30 miles later the check engine change oil warning light came on.
The vehicle shown on our rental confirmation was a different car with different license plates and 32,000 miles. This vehicle had 67,000 miles and very loud off road lugged tires which gave it a rough (not smooth) ride.
We have only had great experiences with Turo in the past so this was a disappointment.
