This was my second time renting this vehicle. The first time it was brand new and we had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately this time no fault of Alex there was something mechanical going on so I had to return the vehicle to him within a couple hours. He was super responsive and understanding and gave me a full refund for the inconvenience. I will rent with him again for future travel
