Wonderful! Great quality vehicle! Clean vehicle.Great experience with owner. Extended my trip without a problem. Very easy to work with. Nearby. In the heart of St. Pete. Centrally located, therefore extremely accessible. Close to airport.

The car was okay needed a tune up or something but it gets you to where you need to go . The owner didn’t want to let me extend for an extra hour due to work because my relief was called off and I had to stay an hour behind literally an hour. Then basically told me that it has nothing to do with him and then tried to charge me for another day just for another hour which is ridiculous mind you I reached out in Turo and they told me it was solely based on the host just a money grab smh and it’s not like I wasn’t communicating with him. the first host that has ever done that I don’t think I’d book with him ever again truth be told because that was crazy had to leave work just to get there in time and still was 15 mintues late wouldn’t be surprised if he did try to over charged me .
Very sad to hear retaliatory reviews from first time guests on platform that have no idea how it works. Turo simply does not allow extensions when the car is booked for another trip. Guest kept extending day by day till she couldn't anymore because the car was booked for another trip. And then got nasty and claimed the car had issues. Never mentioned any while having the car. And the car went out to other trips with no issues whatsoever. Really sad to hear but unfortunately hear we are.
